Let him answer: Bykov was accused of organizing the killings

Krasnoyarsk businessman Anatoly Bykov was finally charged with organizing two murders in 1994. According to the UK, one of the members of Bykov's criminal group, 23-year-old Alexander Naumov, together with his friend Kirill Voitenko, organized an assassination attempt on the leader. However, it was unsuccessful - in retaliation, the leader of the criminal group ordered their murder.
