Moscow ceded Dagestan: which regions hide budgets

Institute Fri, subordinated to the Ministry of Finance of Russia has published a rating of Russian regions on the openness of budget data for the year 2020. The leaders are the Kaluga and Moscow region, but in the outsiders — the Tomsk region and North Ossetia. Moscow open data loses Dagestan. However, to influence the budgets of subjects of Federation citizens still can't, experts say.
