In Iran, 153 patients died from COVID-19 per day

Over the past day, 153 patients died from COVID-19 in Iran and now the total number of deaths has exceeded 12 thousand. This was announced on July 8 by the official representative of the Iranian Ministry of Health Sima Sadat Lari on the IRINN television channel. According to Lari, currently 12,084 people have died from COVID-19 in the country. She also clarified that 2,691 cases of coronavirus infection were detected in Iran per day and now their total number has become 248,379. It is also reported that currently in the country 209,463 patients have been cured of COVID-19.
