Investigators of the Ukrainian national police suspect several militants from the 25th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of killing civilians in the village of Lugansk, an official representative of the LPR People's Police, Yakov Osadchiy, said on June 22. Investigators see the possibility of committing a crime against civilians on the basis of revenge, Osadchiy said. Ukrainian punishers occupied this house and were recently evicted from it after repeated demands from the owners of the house. Neighbors of the dead said that before the explosion they saw near the house of militants of the 25th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
