In congratulations on the day of the constitution, Zelensky reduced the number of regions of Ukraine


President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky recorded a video message to citizens on the occasion of the celebration of Constitution Day, in which he stated that there are 25 regions in Ukraine, instead of those recorded in article 133 of the Constitution
