South Korea to send 50,000 tons of rice to Yemen, Ethiopia, Uganda and Kenya

South Korea will provide food assistance to people in the Middle East and Africa. This is reported by KBS with reference to representatives of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry of the country. According to them, the Government of South Korea intends to send 19,000 tons of rice to Yemen, 16,000 tons of rice to Ethiopia, 10,000 tons of rice to Kenya and 5,000 tons to Uganda. Food aid to four countries is known to be provided through the World Food Programme (WFP). The Ministry noted that as of April this year, rice reserves in the country are estimated at 1.75 million tons.

Netflix is filming an action movie in Ukraine, in which Van Damme will play the main role

The American entertainment company Netflix began filming in Ukraine a comedy action movie about political intrigues at the state level, The Last Mercenary. On July 31, the Minister of Culture of Ukraine Oleksandr Tkachenko wrote about this on his page on the social network Facebook. According to Tkachenko, the lion's part of the filming will take place in the Ukrainian capital, as well as filming will be in Paris. According to the plot, events will unfold in France. Crew members of the 63rd long-term expedition of the International Space Station isolated themselves on the Russian segment of the ISS to find a place for air leakage.
